Countryside Yoga & Afternoon Tea
SUNDAY 21st APRIL 2024
10:00 - 17:00
£99pp or Two Spaces for £180
Following the success of this retreat in 2023, I am thrilled to be able to be bringing this back in a different, just as stunning location.
Combining some of my favourite things, this retreat is set in the beautiful village of Damerham in Fordingbridge, this day really will feel like a nourishing escape to the country combined with Yoga and Afternoon Tea.
What to expect
The quaint village hall is light and airy and extends out onto a beautiful garden. With a weeping willow lined river flowing through the grounds this is the perfect space for an outdoor morning practice.

There is also plenty of onsite free parking.
The morning flow will be followed by a picnic style Afternoon Tea served with either Breakfast Tea and Coffee. Did you know I bake? Since having my daughter the mixing bowl is often in use in my house with scones and sweet treats being a firm favourite and I would LOVE to share these with you. Sandwiches will also be served.
To literally help walk off lunch there is the option for a 90 minute picturesque stroll through the Countryside and across the River taking in the vast open space and wildlife.
It will then be back to the Village Hall for some total relaxation with a Restorative (bolster hugging) practice to completely soothe both the mind and body.
The day will end with a short closing ceremony before you drift on home.
How does that sound?
You do no need ANY yoga experience to enjoy this day. All you need to do is get yourself there and let me take care of the rest.
