Chair Yoga Day Retreat
Sunday 17th May 2026
Chilworth Village Hall, Hampshire
10:30 - 15:30
** SOLD OUT - WAITLIST OPEN **
After years of teaching Chair Yoga I started running Chair Yoga Day Retreats in early 2024 so that all my students had the opportunity to enjoy more Yoga outside of class.
This was a so well received that my Chair Retreats are here to stay and I have a date for your diary for 2026.
What to Expect
Held at Chilworth Village Hall, just 10 minutes from Chandler's Ford, you can expect the following from your day:
- A morning Chair Yoga Class
- Afternoon Tea with homemade cakes and scones
- A session making your very own Mala bracelet
Malas are rich in meaning and are used as an aid to enhance your meditation practice.
You will not only learn how to make them but also how to use them in keeping with tradition.
So this day is a real treat for your mind, your body and your belly :-)
Any creations will be for you to keep or gift to a loved one.
Either way, you will take your creations home with you.
I loved every minute

Chair Yoga Day Retreat May 2024
What Next?
The day will include all food, refreshments and all materials for a memorable day.
You DO NOT NEED any Yoga experience
You DO NOT NEED any jewellery making experience
You just need to be available on the 17th May.
You will be guided through both sessions so you can truly switch off, enjoy movement and breathwork, enjoy delicious food and enjoy learning a new skill.
It is suitable for all experiences, even if that is as a total beginner.
Spaces will be limited so bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis.
Why not share the day with a friend or loved one.
All are welcome!
