These days consist of delicious food, bespoke Yoga classes and deep rest and relaxation in the most beautiful remote locations to really refuel your mind, body and soul (and belly).
I started Retreats in January 2022 to give you a day you truly deserve and they have quickly become a highlight in my diary. I love being able to offer every person the opportunity to move, breathe and reconnect with themselves. Something we do not do enough.
