After years of hosting day retreats, I am incredibly excited to add my very first weekend retreat to my offerings for 2024.

It has taken years of thinking about, planning out and searching for the perfect location.
​
And I have found it!
The Lodge is a beautifully renovated 1890s riverside oasis only 75 minutes from Chandler's Ford.
It has been fully redesigned specifically as a Yoga retreat venue with a bespoke Yoga studio in the centre of the house, stunning grounds which lead to a private jetty, allowing for direct access to the River Thames for paddleboarding and wild swimming.
The place has been redone to the highest standards so think, underfloor heating, a cinema snug, wood burners, huge kitchen with bifold doors leading to the alfresco dinning area, roof garden.
The place is just magical!

Saturday 21st September:
7:30 - 8:30 - Morning Yoga flow
9:00 - Breakfast
10:00 - 11:00 - Paddleboarding / Wild Swimming / Free time
12:30 - 13:30 - Homemade Cream Tea
14:30 - 15:30 - Paddleboarding / Wild Swimming / Free time
16:30 - 18:00 - Bolster Yoga practice
19:00 - Sunset
19:30 - Dinner
20:30 - Star gazing
Sunday 22nd September:
7:30 - 8:30 - Morning Yoga flow
9:00 - Breakfast
10:00 - 11:30 - River walk / Paddlebording / Wild Swimming / Free time
12:30 - Lunch
14:00 - Depart with goodie bag

All activities are optional and you can do as much or as little as you want.
All Yoga equipment is provided.
I also intend to arrange for a masseuse to visit The Lodge during the day on the Saturday. Any treatments will need to be pre-booked and at an additional cost. Further details will follow.
