April Restorative Yoga

Service Description

Grab a blanket and a pillow and join me for an extended Restorative Yoga practice where rest really is at the forefront. This class is held in a beautifully lit hall to calm both the mind and the body as you are guided through a series of positions whilst being supported by an array of props. Class finishes with a treat and herbal tea.
