Chair Yoga Day Retreat

Service Description

Join Georgina for a day of Chair Yoga, Afternoon Tea and crafting for this accessible, fun day retreat. This event will be held at Ampfield Village Hall just outside of Chandler's Ford Hampshire. Following a Chair Yoga class led by Georgina, you will tuck into a delicious afternoon tea with homemade cakes and scones in the Garden Room. The day will finish with a crafting activity where you will get to keep your creations or gift to a loved one.
