Summer Solstice Day Retreat

Service Description

Welcome in the Summer Solstice with this one-off special retreat.   Starting in the afternoon you will enjoy a Yoga flow, a woodland walk and a chilled Yoga class at the remote Damerham Village Hall situated along the Allen River. From there, we will travel a short distance to Telegraph Hill for some evening Sun Salutes and a picnic before watching the sun set from one of the best viewpoints in Hampshire.   All you have to do is bring your own mat and a picnic for a Summer Solstice to remember.
